Moccasin Mail |
Moccasin MailIn the fur trade when a man wanted to leave word for his pardners he used the "Moccasin Mail"... a note or map tucked into the toe of an old moccasin (to protect it from the elements) held down by a rock or nailed to a tree. Our "Moccasin Mail" will be for those who wish to publicize their upcoming rendezvous, pow wows or gatherings. Whether you're in the Rockies or the Midlands of England, a Civil War, Revolutionary War, French and Indian re-enactor, Native American, or "Wish I Was", drop me a line and I'll add it to this page.
