Smoky Mountain Hoe Downquilt

This is SO easy and FAST!!  Just the thing for those "Back to School" frosty autumn days.

Ingredients:

Directions:  In a Dutch oven, combine potatoes, corn, boullion, and water.  Simmer 10 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer and additional 10 minutes.  If it's not thick enough, you can add 1/4 cup instant mashed potatoes and simmer and additional 5 minutes.
