REALLY Good Guacamole

Our favorite restaurant is a Mexican restaurant named Serrano's in East Glacier, Montana.  It's only open for the tourist season (May-September) and worth the drive from ANYWHERE!!!!  One year towards the end of the season - there appeared a saying on their *specials board* that  was overheard by a waitress, "There's too many avocados in this guacamole!"  This is not their recipe but mine - which is the ONLY improvement they could make on their menu but I don't want to sell it, so I give it to you.  Enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3oz cream cheese softened
  • juice of 1 lime
  • pinch garlic powder
  • 3-4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup red onion minced
  • 1/4 cup tomato minced
Using a food processor (or you can do this by hand using a fork and a bowl), mash the avocado pulp, cream cheese, lime juice, Tabasco, garlic powder, and salt/pepper together.  Fold in the tomato and onion.

Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping.
