Ranch Dressing Mix

This is a really good ranch dressing mix that you mix 1 tablespoon of dry mix with 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayo (NOT salad dressing!).  It is fresh tasting and you can use the dry mix in any recipe calling for that commercial ranch brand.  My family likes it BETTER than that commercial brand.

Dry Mix Ingredients:

• 16 square saltines (2")

• 2 cups dried parsley

• 2 tablespoons dried dill weed

• 1/3 cup onion powder

• 1/3 cup garlic powder

• 1/3 cup salt

In a food process or blender, pulse all ingredients until finely chopped.

It makes about 2 cups of dry mix and stores well in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
