Dried Fruit Bread

This is a great bread to slice and toast or make PBJ.  It's hardly around long enough for me to even get any! Use your bread machine to mix and knead - then shape into a French loaf, rise and bake. I have found that when I put my yeast in with the wet ingredients, instead of the dry as per my manufacture's directions, it works much better.

Ingredients:

Directions:  Put ingredients in your bread machine in the manufacture's recommended order.  Set to *dough* setting.
When finished, shape into a French loaf on oiled baking sheet.  Let rise for 30 minutes in a warm draft free place. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
