Buffalo Stew

For when those unexpected guests drop in!

1 large Buffalo

lots of brown gravy

salt and pepper to taste

2 Rabbits (optional)

In a large pot:

  1. Cut buffalo into bite size pieces.

  2. Cover with brown gravy and cook over campfire about 3 days at 465 degrees F.

  3. This will serve about 3-4 mountain men for about 2-3 days.

  4. If there are more, 2 rabbits may be cubed and added.
    (Do this only if necessary as most people do not like to find Hare in their stew!)
