campfire salmon

I had this recently when I was in Idaho.  It was scrumptious! You can do it in the oven or over coals.

Get half a salmon and clean the bones out.  Place on a large piece of aluminum foil, skin side down.  Season with lots of fresh cracked black pepper, sliced lemons (1 or 2), and sliced onions (1 large).

Wrap and seal the foil tightly.  Bake on coals around 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes.
