catBread Spreadcat

This year I will be featuring various members of my family and their favorite recipes.  January's recipe was supplied by my Younger Older Sister - Teresa (AKA Santa Teri).  I think she put the word out at work for recipes as this one is from her co-worker.  But it's still an excellent appetizer!

 Eloise McMurtry (Carolyn Beckett)
Ingredients:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can crab
  • 1 6 oz jar Old English (cheese spread)
  • 1 ½ tsp. Mayo
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Chopped Parsley
Directions:

Mix all this together. Spread on English muffins or sliced Italian Bread.

Bake at 350 degrees or broil.
