Almond Cookies

You'll have to go to CookieRecipe.com for the basic sugar cookie mix.
But it's well worth it!  This mix is really good as you can store it in a jar,
mix a couple dozen cookies at a time and each batch can be different.
I've found you usually need to add an extra cup of flour to each batch
of dough to make the right consistancy.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Basic Cookie Mix
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions:  Mix all ingredients in bowl with electric mixer.
Mixture will be kind of crumbly.  With lightly floured hands
shape into 1 inch balls, flatten slightly, and arrange about 2
inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes until bottoms of
cookies are golden.
