Strawberry PieI was craving fresh strawberry pie the other day and this is the recipe I came up with. Raspberries in the glaze make the difference. Top with a LOT of whipped topping and a dash of chocolate syrup! Very low fat. |

Ingredients:
Directions: Combine and cook over low heat - raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water - until thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Toss with sliced strawberries to coat. Pour into prepared pie shell. Chill at least 2 hours. |
